I have successfully made a web application for my network

Hello jQuery Helpers,

I haven't written a blog here for a long time now but today I thought I should share this little achievement with you. I have successfully made a web application for my network. The application is called MyEENews. If downloaded and installed on any Android smart phone, you can then have an icon on the phone screen that connects you to the mobile version of my network automatically when touched. I built this application thanks to a website called…

Quick And Easy Email Marketing Tools To Help Your Network Grow By Member Invitations

Too many product references out there seem to fail or cost too much money to utilize on a practical scale. Included in these are rather mundane software programs that try to scam people with affiliate monetary values that never work out. Fortunately, this is not one of those. It is rather, a more complicated strategy of web marketing, made simple and easy by what may seem as new technology, yet in fact, dates back to the late 1990's, around the time when search engine optomization was being…

It's half-mast, it's cold, and quiet

If it's something I have never been good at, it was ignoring pain. Our Nation is in pure shock, cold, and not sure exactly what to say, all a lot of us know to do is cry and hold our children so tight. December 14, 2012 will always be in our hearts.…

Rodger the Fishing Rod ---- PG recommended

Rodger the Rod had been fishing for many years and had travelled all over the world. He had fished in many remote locations and had always landed a fish. One day Rodger was fishing and a huge gully mullet had started to spool line from his reel, the sweat from Rodger's reel was leaking from the rear bearing.

Rodger new there was a problem as the reel was screaming in pain as the fish took off... and the reel had been a little squeaky at the last fishing competition, as the sun went…

Good Ol' Birthday

Yuck! Okay, I know you may think I am acting like a sour puss but I swear I'm not. I turned 31 yesterday, now it's not my age, in fact I love getting older.. seems to make me wiser you know? But my birthday has always sucked in so many ways.

When I was all cute and younger, and this was at a time where schools actually allow you to celebrate birthdays, my mom always for each birthday until I was about 8 years old, buy this cool coffee mug, with balloons and candy in it. She…

Sustaining a Successful Website

When it comes to social entertainment networks, supportive communities and business relations, their are several things that make a site stand out above all the rest. These are appearance, content and people. Most importantly however, it is how the site is managed and looked after that make people want to keep coming back for more. They want to feel proud, as if they belong, happy, as if they feel at home and at peace, as if they have always been there. Achieving those feelings however seems…

The Green Thing

SUBJECT:  The Green Thing

At the cash register of the store, the young cashier suggested to the older Gentleman that he should bring his own shopping bags because plastic bags weren't good for the environment.

The man apologized and explained, "We didn't have this green thing back in my earlier days."

The cashier  responded, "That's our problem today. Your generation did not care enough to save our environment for future…

Site Views

This network hands down, is by far the most welcoming and home felt, peaceful presence that I have ever seen. Nice work James for creating this place. Others like it who specialize in similar areas are too money orientated and their home page particularly one network specifically, is so bad that it feels enforced. this place feels like someone actually cares about quality and is a relaxed yet business like type of environment, I love it here, this is an awesome network for Ning codes…

Courage, Strength.. and a voice I never knew I had!

April 25th, 2012 was the most intense day that I have experienced thus far. The day before, I was a complete mess, getting ready to board a plane for the first time. People were meant to stay on the ground, if we were meant to fly-…

6 Things to Do in Walt Disney World If You Love Corny Humour :)

6 Things to Do in Walt Disney World If You Love Corny Humor

Walt Disney World is a place full of fun and laughter, and some of that laughter comes from jokes designed to appeal to children and adults alike. Some of those jokes are pretty corny, but they only get better with time. If you love jokes that make other people roll their eyes, you’ll love the attractions and shows on today’s…

Disney the fairytale.

The magic that exists within the streets,

The castle that stands tall and the charcters who greet.

Everyone feels at home and never wants to leave,

No one knew what was up Walt Disney's sleeve.

The smiles on the little children's faces,

And the happiness in their eyes shows that this is one of their favorite places.

It is a world like no other,

So many…

Thanks, you are the best!

NC - NC Partnership

Every time I look at the number of Ning websites out there struggling day and night to survive, one thing comes to mind. What if these tens of thousands of Ning websites were merged into a few hundred solid, popular, professional, reliable and successful websites?! Perhaps they would be so prominent and dominant that each and every Internet user would be obliged to use at least 1 Ning website in one niche or the other. This is probably just my imaginary inevitable Ning world.…

The Power of jPoints

Many people underestimate the power of this tool called jpoints that we have here on jQueryHelp. TJ the creator of this tool doesn’t really put a lot of promotion in to it because he spends more time writing other codes to help Ning website owners, which makes sense because the main focus of this website is to help website owners who need small pieces of code to change or modify sections of their websites. However, if I were a salesperson at jQueryHelp, the one thing I’d focus on…
