Help with jQuery Mods and Hacks for your Ning Network!

If you are like me, you probably want to expand your profile module list to where it can actually be readable on all profiles encouraging members to upload new content. A little known fact is that the discontinued quick add feature was so useful, this little hack may not be needed at all. However since profiles are so commonly viewed, one thing members may appreciate is the ability to view all modules on their profile like music, RSS, friends, groups, events, photos, videos, blogs, discussions, gifts, comments, text box and the activity feed. I am pretty sure that if you use css codes like display: block !important; and apply it to all modules related to profile layout, they should show the module even if there is no actual data. By default, unless you join or create a group, respond to an event or create one of your own, start a blog or discussion, add a friend or post a photo or video, these modules are not shown to member profiles. Hopefully by adding such css to profiles, this could change all that so members would see the module but would be prompted to contribute to it as they would not see it otherwise unless they used the navigation on their profile to get to it first.

Try this experimental code. Any suggestions and or improvements welcome.

#xn_bar { display: block !important;}
#xg_sitename { display: block !important;}
#xg_sitedesc { display: block !important;}
#xg_navigation { display: block !important;}
#welcome { display: block !important; }
.like-count { display: block !important; }
.vcard .like-count { display: block !important; }
.xg_widget_profiles_profile_show .module_music { display: block !important;}
.xg_widget_profiles_profile_show .module_feed { display: block !important;}
.xg_widget_profiles_profile_show .module_text { display: block !important;}
.xg_widget_profiles_profile_show .module_about_user { display: block !important;}
.xg_widget_profiles_profile_show .module_photo { display: block !important;}
.xg_widget_profiles_profile_show .module_video { display: block !important;}
.xg_widget_profiles_profile_show .module_blog { display: block !important;}
.xg_widget_profiles_profile_show .module_forum { display: block !important;}
.xg_widget_profiles_profile_show .module_events { display: block !important;}
.xg_widget_profiles_profile_show .module_groups { display: block !important;}
.xg_widget_profiles_profile_show .module_members { display: block !important;}
.xg_widget_profiles_profile_show .module_gift { display: block !important;}
.xg_widget_profiles_profile_show .module_comment_wall { display: block !important;}
.xg_widget_profiles_profile_show .xg_module_activity { display: block !important;}
#xg_module_account { display: block !important; }
#xj_approvalBox { display: block !important; }
#xg_foot, #xg_foot a {display: block !important; }
.xg_theme #xg_footcontent, #xg_foot {display: block !important; }

Add your own style like images and colours as needed, I hope this helps.

I am starting a new category for CSS Styling and I am putting this in there, thanks!
